It is not easy for foreign companies, especially from Asia, to achieve sustainable business success in Europe.

Conventional sales concepts can only solve these challenges to a limited extent and ensure sustainable business success.
Pure trading can never fully penetrate the market, especially since the trader has to take into account a corresponding margin, which reduces competitiveness. As a rule, the dealer represents several companies, naturally concentrating on the products that promise the quickest success. The advantage is the low financial risk and that the trader may already have market knowledge.
Setting up your own sales location involves very high costs, which usually only pay off years later. Especially in the initial phase, resources have to be made available that are difficult to compensate for through sales. In the long term, this option is the one with the highest market penetration, provided the product or products have the potential.
Our approach combines the advantages of different concepts:
Intraacon analyzes both the producer's product range (on site) and the market potential in Germany and Europe.
If there is market potential, we check the products with regard to the necessary requirements of the European market. If necessary, we coordinate technical changes with the manufacturer or obtain the necessary certificates.
In order to reduce costs and risks, intraacon GmbH begins by approaching potential customers on behalf of the manufacturer and brokering the resulting orders to the manufacturer. We take on all the tasks of a sales location, from market analysis, customer approach, technical coordination, offer preparation, sample delivery through to contract drafting and processing.
If the turnover justifies a separate location, intraacon GmbH establishes a sales location together with the supplier. All tasks necessary for the foundation, such as renting and equipping office space, company foundation including all administrative, legal and official activities, provision of personnel, etc. are carried out by us in coordination with the producer.
Once the sales location has been established, we support it in its development and expansion.
